Accessibility
Improve the use of experiments in a variety of environments.
Site navigation includes keyboard controls, clear names, and current location indication. These instructions do not constitute accessibility certification or ensure that all experiments are fully accessible.

Access the experiment workspace
The experiment scene, measured values, progress check, and step movement buttons remain within the screen. You can select the tools you need through the Manipulation, Activity/Record, and Observation tabs. When the tab is in focus, use the left and right arrow keys to change tabs, and use Home and End to move to the first and last tab.
Long condition lists and tables can be scrolled within the selected panel. The experiment description and model assumptions can be found in the ‘Experiment Guide’ next to the experiment title, and the guide window can be closed with Escape.
Screen and sound settings
You can use the browser zoom feature and the experiment navigation menu will collapse on narrow screens. The sound effect can be turned off with the speaker button at the top of the experiment. The navigation menu displays the field name and unit name along with color, and the number of search results is notified to the assistive device.
known limitations
Some experiments rely heavily on Canvas graphics, animation, or dragging. The level of information provided by screen readers and keyboard alternatives varies from experiment to experiment, and not all visual information can be provided as text. For automatically moving scenes, please use the play/pause controls in the experiment.
Report accessibility issues
If there is a screen that is difficult to use, please provide the experiment address, browser/assistive device used, and operations that are difficult to proceed with. drendrendrencom@gmail.comPlease let us know. We will identify the problem and provide guidance on possible improvements or alternative methods.
