1. Purpose, items, and retention period of personal information

The operators of itslabtime.com do not create member registers, databases of laboratory records or visitor profiles. There is no function to transmit search words, experiment input values, or experiment results to the operator or save them on the server.

Inquiries will only be accepted if the user sends an email directly. Please send only the minimum information necessary to process your inquiry. Please do not send sensitive or unnecessary personal information such as social security number, password, or health information.

2. Cookies and storage space on device

CSV measurement tables and PNG graphs are created in your browser and saved to the location you choose. Experiment data is not uploaded to a separate server to generate these downloads.

The site's application code does not set tracking cookies. Sound effect settings are stored in the browser’s local storage (localStorage). itslabtime:sfx-mutedIt is stored as a true/false value named . It does not contain personally identifiable information and is not transmitted to the Operator's servers.

You can clear your settings by going to ‘Privacy and Security → Site Data’ or ‘Website Data’ in your browser settings and deleting data for this site. You can still use the experiment even if you block saving, and your sound settings may not be retained on your next visit.

3. External services and connection information

In the process of receiving a web page, information necessary for communication, such as IP address, request time, requested file path, and browser information, may be transmitted to the web hosting/network provider. This is separate from the site's ability to save experiment records. The provider's access log processing and storage is subject to the actual provider's policies and applicable laws.

• Website delivery: Web pages and static files are delivered through Cloudflare hosting and network services. For details, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Usage and performance statistics: On pages where Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, Cloudflare processes statistics such as page views, referrers, browser and device types, and loading times. The operator does not build individual visitor profiles or include experiment inputs and measurements in these statistics. Depending on the network and storage location of the external service, your information may be processed outside your country. itslabtime.com does not have a function to transmit search term/experiment input values ​​to external services.

4. Entrustment of provision and processing to third parties

The operator does not sell user information or provide it to third parties for advertising or marketing. External services used to deliver pages and fonts, measure usage and performance, and handle email inquiries may process information within the scope described in section 3. Valid legal requests are handled according to the applicable laws and procedures.

5. Destruction of personal information and safety measures

Email inquiry history is deleted from the mailbox and trash bin managed by the administrator when the retention period ends. The service provider's backup storage and deletion procedures are in accordance with the applicable policy. Sound effect settings saved on the user's device will be removed when the user deletes the site data.

The operator uses the inquiry content only for inquiry processing, restricts access, and minimizes information by not collecting unnecessary personal information or using external transmission functions.

6. Rights of users and legal representatives

Users may request to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of their inquiry information processed by the operator through the contact information below. Legal representatives of children under 14 years of age can also exercise their rights. The site does not operate a membership registration process for children or separate personal information collection procedures.

Upon request, only the minimum amount of information required to confirm the inquiry will be verified, and the inquiry will be processed without delay and the results will be provided in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. 8. Change in policy

If processing items, purpose, retention period or external services change, this document and revision date will be updated. Changes that significantly affect users' rights will be notified on the site before implementation or immediately after the change, and processing that requires separate consent will begin after consent is obtained.
